TNGAP manages the provider network, collects payment, and ensures compliance standards across every shipment. One contract. One point of contact.

Our export compliance service (EOR (Exporter of Record)) reaches 85% automation within 18 months — Phase 1: document generation (30%), Phase 2: HS classification AI (60%), Phase 3: verified pipeline (85%). Covers invoice generation, HS classification, and NACCS-compatible filing via customs broker partnerships.

Product Recovery

Turn cancelled orders into revenue.

As a Shopee Japan seller, you recover revenue you would otherwise lose entirely. ~5% of cross-border orders are cancelled in Singapore — items that would otherwise be destroyed. Product Recovery intercepts these goods, grades them (A/B/C), photographs them at Spaceship's studio, and resells locally on Shopee SG and Carousell.

Sellers receive 20–30% of recovered revenue. TNG keeps 70–80%. Cost of goods: zero. International shipping: zero. A win for sellers, a win for sustainability, and a profitable anchor for our Singapore operations.
