Under his leadership, TNG has grown from a single office in Takasaki to 570+ professionals across 15 offices nationwide. Now leading the company's most ambitious initiative: establishing TNGAP in Singapore as the first Japanese-language trade infrastructure in ASEAN — designing the platform that connects certified logistics providers with cross-border sellers across Shopee JP, Amazon JP, Rakuten, and beyond.

Responsible for building the certified IOR provider network in Singapore — recruiting, vetting, and managing relationships with providers including Nippon Express SG, Dimerco, and Kerry Logistics. Also spearheading the Product Recovery program with Shopee Japan and the rollout of makevi's Singapore version. First boots on the ground in TNG's ASEAN expansion.

Oversees TNG's domestic operations spanning 15+ offices from Hokkaido to Fukuoka. Manages the company's core IT staffing business — 3,000+ SES-registered engineers serving enterprise clients across Japan. As COO, he ensures operational excellence while the CEO focuses on international expansion. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling TNG from 122 employees in 2023 to 570+ in 2025.
