Information we collect
We collect business contact information (name, company, email, phone) submitted via our enquiry form, as well as usage data from our website (page views, referrer, device type). We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, and improve our website. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Client contract data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 5 years, in line with Singapore statutory record-keeping requirements.

Our website uses essential cookies only — for language preference. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Submit requests to sg@thenewgate.co.jp. We will respond within 30 days.
